Description
Item description: Original car altimeter manufactured by the form of Taylor. The altimeter with white plastic body, and chromed support for attachment to the interior trim. The altimeter still contained within its original box. These were often fitted to cars that would be used in mountainous areas, and were also used by the likes of Autocar staff that were taking out manufacturer’s cars for testing. As an example, Autocar used one of these in the Jensen FF that they took over to Switzerland in 1968.
Condition report: New Old Stock. Storage age only. Box in particularly good condition for its age.
