HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: 119/102 was purchased by Mr R. F. Arnatt from Cosheston, in South Pembrokeshire, during late 1968. The car was purchased through the Jensen distributors, A.R.D.Garage (Cwmbran) Ltd.

CAR ARCHEOLOGY:  Although re-sprayed brown in the late 1970s, the car was sprayed again in a colour close to crystal blue in 1998. 119/102 was acquired by the Museum in 2008. Some of the bodywork restoration was not to standard, which led to car being stripped back to metal. This proved worthwhile, since the Museum could then have the crystal blue colour matched perfectly. As at 2008, 119/102 retained its original beige leather interior and carpets. The leather required some restoration work, the carpets were replaced. The original carpets archived and held by the Museum.
