FACEL VEGA CHRYSLER AIR CAN | PROVENANCE

Description

Item description: Facel Vega Chrysler air can complete with special drop in filter and lid. This unique item was found in the Jensen factory during 1976 by the Chief Production Engineer, Stan Sharman. It is new old stock, but very dirty. The air can does fit a Chrysler 383 engine, and was possibly tried out by Jensen at one stage for CV8 /  Interceptor production. From the Jensen factory 1966 – 1976

Condition report: New old stock unused condition. The air can still holds it Mopar instruction sticker in perfect order. All the original black paint exists, and so it just needs a good clean to be used on a top-end ‘original’ car restoration.

Provenance: From the estate of Chief Production Engineer, Stan Sharman. This pair of lights was found in the Jensen factory by Sharman, and taken as a souvenir in 1976.
