Item description: An original 1976 Elton John, ‘Louder Than Concorde’ tour guide. Stapled guide with bright silvered covers. The front cover with cut out section. Reverse with a die-cut plain that can be removed from the cover (this one intact).
Condition report: Overall excellent condition. Bright silver covers remaining clean.
Background to Louder Than Concorde tour of 1976: Elton John embarked on a major 1975-76 tour programme. Although the tour was initially un-named, from June 29th 1976, the tour started in Eastern USA with the tour name, ‘Louder Than Concorde (But Not Quite As Pretty)’.
